Exchange students from partner universities apply to the International Office of hochschule 21 with complete documents by e-mail after they have been nominated for participation in the Erasmus exchange by the Erasmus coordinators at their home university.

Deadlines for the Erasmus exchange with hochschule 21

• 15 April (for the following winter term)
• 15 November (for the following summer term)   
   

 for the application by exchange students:

• 15 June (for the following winter term)
• 15 January (for the following summer term) 

Documents for an Erasmus study programme

To apply as an Erasmus exchange student of a partner institution of hochschule 21, please send the following documents by e-mail to the International Office of hochschule 21:

1. Nomination of the exchange student to study at hochschule 21 by the Erasmus coordinator at the home university (informal, stating the student's e-mail address)
2. Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Studies at the home university
3. Application for admission to the hochschule 21 for exchange students and admission documents
            a) Engineering degree programmes
            b) Physiotherapy
4. Application for a room in the student residence ‘buxbau’ (if required)
    

Documents for an Erasmus internship

There are agreements with some Erasmus partner universities on the realisation of Erasmus internships at partner institutions of hochschule 21.

To apply for an Erasmus internship that is supervised and organised by hochschule 21, please email the following documents to the International Office:

1. Nomination of the exchange student for traineeships at hochschule 21 by the Erasmus coordinator at the home university (informal, stating the student's e-mail address)
2. Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeships at the home university
3. Application for admission to the hochschule 21 for exchange students and admission documents
            a) Engineering degree programmes
            b) Physiotherapy
4. Application for a room in the student residence ‘buxbau’ (if required)
