No application without documents
Complete and signed applications for admission to University 21 (including all required documents) have to be submitted to Uni-Assist in Berlin. Applicants are recommended to send their documents as soon as confirmation of their qualifications has been received for quickest possible progression into Higher Education.
Application documents
The application form should be accompanied by the following documents:
- An authorised photocopy of the original document and an authorised official German translation of your qualification certificate for Higher Education in your home country, including transcripts of the subjects taken and the grades or percentages achieved.
- A signed, tabular Curriculum Vitae in German language, including information about your date and place of birth, citizenship, home address, course of education (primary and secondary schools attended, trade schools, universities and career goals).
- One recent passport photograph (with your full name and date of birth written on the back).
- An authorised copy of your German language ability certificate (for details please look at “language”).
- In case you have already studied at another university (at home, in Germany or in any other country), all transcripts of records, e.g. "Studienbuch", showing subjects, grades and final grade point average, should be presented as authorised photocopies of the originals and authorised translations.
Original Copies Required
All photocopies of documents submitted must be officially authenticated. The original certificates as well as the originals of the authorized photocopies have to be presented to University 21 in Buxtehude during enrollment.
