Enrollment

At University 21 the Enrollment Office is responsible for matriculation.

 

Documents

Applicants have to present various documents during enrollment. These include:

 

A) Structural Alteration Studies, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering and Mechatronics:

 

- Passport (autorised copy)

- Tabular Curriculum Vitae

- 1 recent passport photograph

- Proof of health insurance

- Practical contract (if available)

 

B) Physiotherapy (in addition to the above mentioned documents)

 

- 1 more recent passport photograph

- Recent Certificate of Health

- Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the police if you have stayed in Germany for one year or more)   

- Copy of Birth Certificate

 

Study contract and Fees

Together with the admission note, applicants receive a study contract and a bank collection form for payment of the enrollment and tuition fee. These fees cannot be paid in cash but have to be collected by the bank. The admission has to be accepted by the date fixed by University 21. It is essential to meet this deadline, otherwise the admission is removed.

 

Certificate of Enrollment

Applicants will only be completely enrolled at University 21 if all required documents have been presented. However it is possible to get a "Preliminary Enrollment Certificate" from the Enrollment Office for presentation to local authorities or banks. It will be exchanged for the Enrollment Certificate after submission of the required documents.
